This page describes who to manage your bookings as an administrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With RackEmApp being web based you can access this from anywhere in the world. However usually, this screen will be open behind the bar on a laptop or tablet that staff can access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whilst the preferred avenue of booking is through the online platform, you will have customers wanting to book over the bar or by phone. You can also drag across a range of cells and press Enter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"509\" height=\"545\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-23.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1465\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-23.png 509w, https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-23-280x300.png 280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 509px) 100vw, 509px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Adding an email address will ensure any booking information gets emailed to the booker, which will include cancellations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Edit Booking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Toedit a booking, simply double tap it within the scheduler and make the required changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"515\" height=\"550\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-25.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1467\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-25.png 515w, https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-25-281x300.png 281w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 515px) 100vw, 515px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancel Booking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To cancel a booking, tap the Cancel Booking button from within the booking editor. This will immediately cancel the booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cancelling a booking will email the defined email address with a cancellation and, if configured in <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/?p=1438\">Venue Settings<\/a>, issue a refund to a booking paid online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manage Booking Approvals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If your venue is if configured in <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/?p=1438\">Venue Settings<\/a>, to allow bookings without payment, and to require approval, these appear in a button at the top of the bookings screen showing you how many outstanding approvals are there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When someone makes a booking of this type, you also get an email. From here you can approve or decline them.
