But there are sometimes some adminsitrative tasks that you need to perform for various different reasons, and this article covers those tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Content Page Management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Every league needs to run some form of basic content which Teams and Players need to be able to access. All very useful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need to assign players to teams or transfer them, see Player Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Player Management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To perform tasks with Players, use <strong>League Management<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Players<\/strong>. This is not the same as making them the primary captain, but it does give them the same rights so they can access the scorecards for example in the event of the captain being absent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You are also able to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Deregister Player<\/strong> &#8211; This will remove them from their current team<\/li><li><strong>Transfer Player<\/strong> &#8211; Transfer the player to another team<\/li><li><strong>Register to Team<\/strong> &#8211; Assign a player to a team<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"226\" height=\"119\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-56.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-290\"\/><figcaption>Player actions<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Player Accounts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Players can only access RackEmApp by invite. Captain&#8217;s are able to do invite the players, and we recommend you <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/?p=230\">teach captains<\/a> how to do this as it is very straightforward, but you can also do it in the Players list. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"227\" height=\"607\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-55.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-289\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-55.png 227w, https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-55-112x300.png 112w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 227px) 100vw, 227px\" \/><figcaption>Invite statuses<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If a player has no email address registered, they cannot be invited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the player has an email address, you can pricess the <strong>Invite<\/strong> button. This will generate an email and send it to the player which they can then click to create themselves an account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the invite is issued, the button chencges to <strong>Resend Invite<\/strong>. In case they don;t receive it, you can either Resend Invite, or Copy Invite Link and send them the invite via direct message\/WhatsApp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When an invite is acceted and they complete the registration, the are listed as <strong>Registered<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fixtures and Results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Whilst results are generally completed by the captains &#8211; and we encourage enforcement of this, using a system like RackEmApp is intended to make everyone&#8217;s life easier &#8211; you can either insert complete scorecards manually &#8211; used for when there really is no signal\/wifi or a captain is really technophobic, or edit peoples mistakes. This can be done &#8220;live&#8221; during a match or post-match.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Access this through<strong> League Management<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Fixtures and Results<\/strong>. You&#8217;ll see a list of all your season calendar dates, for which you can expand to see the fixtures\/results for a given matchday. When editing scorecards, use <strong>Update Only<\/strong> to update the match data only &#8211; which is essential if the match is in play.
