To upload one, simply press the browse button to find a picture on your computer, and press the save button to upload it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"253\" height=\"243\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-33.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-979\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This works best with a square image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"vice\">Vice Captain<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can define a vice captain that the league can contact in case the captain is not available. Simply use the button to choose any one of your registered players to assign as VC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"441\" height=\"293\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-34.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-980\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-34.png 441w, https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-34-300x199.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 441px) 100vw, 441px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This does not automaticlaly grant captains rights in the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"playerlist\">Your Player List<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Your player list is where you can administer your team. It lists your players and you can perform various actions on them, detailed later in the guide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can see it also has some useful information like the players R number, used as a public identifier like a membership number. This is to ensure the player database contains unique players and not duplicates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to be given captain rights, a a player has to have an account, so this step is a requirement for that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Firstly, your player must have an email address. You can add this in the <a href=\"#editplayer\">Edit Player<\/a> function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When an email address is entered, you can see there is an &#8220;Invite&#8221; button that appears in the player list. Pressing the button will send an invite by mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"508\" height=\"147\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-44.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-990\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-44.png 508w, https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-44-300x87.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 508px) 100vw, 508px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can tell if an invite has been sent, as afterwards it will instead say &#8220;Resend Invite&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"506\" height=\"141\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-45.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-991\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-45.png 506w, https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-45-300x84.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 506px) 100vw, 506px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In case the email doesn;t get received due to a spam filter for example, you can press the Copy Invite Link button. This will put the URL in your clipboard so you can paste it to the player by WhatsApp, SMS messenger etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"506\" height=\"141\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-47.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-993\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-47.png 506w, https:\/\/blog.rackemapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-47-300x84.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 506px) 100vw, 506px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>When the account has been created, the invite options disappear and you will see a button about issuing captain&#8217;s rights instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"captain\">Grant Captain Rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to grant captain rights, the player must have an account.
