1. Access the booking page at https://www.rackemapp.com/venue/thewolversdeneclub/bookings
2. Choose your date from the date picker
3. Choose your table using the table picker, and the availability for the table will be shown. Any slots not available will be in red.
4. Select the slots you want to book. The Wolversdene club has a minimum booking length of 1 hour, and the slots must be “together”
5. Scroll down and enter in your details ahead of check out
OPTIONAL – If you are playing in an APA competition, you are the home player, and you play for a team at the Wolversdene, you can enter your match code to receive a 100% discount on your booking. This is only valid once, and is requested you do not overbook the table – An APA competition match does not take 4 hours! You must be a registered RackEmApp user to get the discount, so if you do not have an account, ask your captain to get you set up.
6. Review the booking summary and press Book and Pay Now
7. Complete the checkout process using your bank card, or Apple/Google Pay. You will receive an email notification advising that your booking is complete.
