When people sign up to use systems, it is important that they understand the terms under which they can use the system as well as what their data will be used for. Every since the start, RackEmApp has had our own Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, however that does not protect leagues. So we have added this feature to allow individual organizations to publish their own policies.
This can be done in Your Organization > Policies.
Use the editors to enter and format your policies.
The policies appear in your website under the Information menu.
Users will also be prompted/reminded that they accept your league terms and privacy policy when they:
- Register a team online
- Captain’s accept an invitation
- Players accept an invitation
