We’ve added a new role permission for leagues to implement if they choose to called “Tournament Director”.
This mode allows you to assign a Tournament Director that does not have administrative rights over the rest of the league or other peoples competitions.
So Director A could look after the Singles tournament, and Director B could be operating a one day open event. They can log in and not have all the keys to the kingdom, only seeing the competitions that they have access to.
It gets configured like other roles, in your player list. Toggle the box to add a person as a Tournament Director.
Tournament Directors can create and manage their own competitions. If you are a league administrator, you can assign/switch the tournament director in the Details section of the competition, which is of course Optional.
